The Agriturismo Podere Peciano offers two apartments, located on the first floor of the structure, called:
"La Posta" (4 sleeps + extra accommodations) - pictures
The apartment "La Posta" is provided with two double bedrooms and, if need be, it is also possible to add other beds. It offers a comfortable living room with a furnished kitchen and a large dining room.
"L'Alloggio" (2 sleeps + extra accommodations) - pictures
It is provided with one double bedroom and, if need be, it is also possible to add other beds. It also offers a little utility room, a bathroom, as well as a large, comfortable living room.
Podere Peciano, because of its geographical location, represents an ideal place to stop and plan a sightseeing tour of the typical towns and villages of Tuscany and Umbria.
Services
Both the apartments are provided with free internet broadband connection (DSL), as well as a relaxing area with TV-DVD and a fully equipped kitchen, where you can do your own cooking.
Outside the apartments there is a large portico, with a view of the farm and Valdichiana, where you can relax and plan the places to visit during your holiday.
Besides visiting the farm with its pets, livestock and cattle of all ages ("Didactic Farm" organized tour), there is also a lawn and large garden, where children (and...not only children ;-)) can relax and play far away from the traffic. The garden is also provided with two gazebos, tables, chairs and a wood barbecue grill, where you can rest and eat outside in the quiet of the country side.
The agriturismo is not currently organized to provide catering.
You can prepare your breakfast in your own kitchen with farm products normally available: freshly drawn milk, that has be boiled (to make it safe to drink), sugar, butter, in-season fruits and vegetables, eggs, homemade jam and coffee, as well as, on previous request, a cake, the cook's speciality.
It is also possible, on advance request and if she is not too busy, to ask the cook to prepare some typical products, according to the traditional Tuscan recipes, with fresh typical products from the farm.
